Have a little one not quite old enough to trick-or-treat, but you still want to do something fun and festive on the day? Or maybe you just want a different option for the day! We’ve compiled a list of things to do ON Halloween! As usual, be sure to check each event/location before heading out just to make sure everything is still on as planned!
- Halloween at the BOOseum: The Children’s Museum Houston will be transformed for Halloween with spooky science, games, and ghostly fun. Located in Downtown Houston Children’s Museum.
- 7 Acre Wood Pumpkin Patch: This pumpkin patch is hosting an event specifically on Friday, October 31.
- Rosehill Pumpkin Patch: Open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on October 31.
- Spooktacular for the Little Ones: A Halloween event from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m..
- Mitchell Library: Kids Craft Zone: This craft zone runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m..
- Trunk or Treat – Bridgestone MUD Park from 5-8pm
- City Centre Trunk or Treat from 5-8pm. Little ghouls and boys are invited to the family-friendly destination for a fun and safe Halloween evening featuring a district-wide trick-or-treat and spooky tunes and Halloween performance in the Plaza.
- No Tricks, Just Treats! Halloween Catering Giveaway! 5-9PM Get ready for a Halloween treat you won’t want to miss! This October 31st, the first 50 guests who place a $35 minimum Catering order and pick it up between 5PM-9PM will receive a FREE Chick-fil-A BOO Bag — while supplies last! - Art & Lit for Kids 9AM Ardest Gallery. ART & LIT is a guided art lesson for preschool and young elementary aged students alongside their parent(s) or guardian. This month, students will create their own embellished star wands & beaded brooms inspired by the story. Each 45 min. class includes a read aloud session and related art activity. Supplies included. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.$10 per child, ages 4-9
- Halloween SKATE Party 5-10PM SKATE Champions.Wear your costume on our spooktacular Halloween Skate party and get FREE admission & skate rental! Enjoy a night full of music, food, drinks, raffles, costume contests, and spooky surprises you won’t want to miss.
- Harvest Festival 2025 5-8PM. Harvest Festival at Christchurch Baptist Fellowship! In addition to inflatables, food, and games, kids will have a blast with our hayride, petting zoo, and pony rides! This safe, family-friendly festival is completely FREE for the community. Register to win FREE prizes during the event.
- Kids Eat FREE on Halloween at Gringo’s 11AM – 10PM Join us for a spooktacular night of fun! Here’s the deal: Who: ‘Lil ghosts & goblins age 12 and under. Dine-in only. Limit (1) Free meal per child (value up to $6.99). Limit (2) Free meals per adult entree purchase.
