2024 Great Texas Birding Classic

The Great Texas Birding Classic is an annual competition held across Texas to determine which team can identify and count the most birds during a specific window of time. This is the biggest birdwatching tournament in the state and for the third year in a row, The Woodlands Township has a registered team!
Residents are invited to join the team to help spot and identify birds. New to birding? Township team members will be your guide. Bring a lawn chair and binoculars, or borrow a pair from the Township, and join the watch. All ages are welcome.
