Veterans Day Tribute

Held annually on November 11 from 4 to 5 p.m. at The Woodlands Central Fire Station, 9951 Grogan’s Mill Road, the Veterans Day Tribute honors the service and sacrifice of all United States military veterans. Hosted in partnership with The Woodlands Fire Department, this patriotic ceremony is held inside the fire station apparatus bay and invites the community to come together in gratitude and recognition.

The ceremony features a formal presentation of colors, musical performances, and remarks from local dignitaries, creating a respectful and meaningful tribute to those who have served. A Village troop donation challenge is also included, along with light refreshments for attendees.

A Care Package Drop Off will be onsite throughout the event to accept donations of recommended items to be shipped to the troops. If you would like to participate in the Village Troop Donation Challenge, simply tell us which Village of The Woodlands you live in when dropping off your donations. The Village with the most donations, will be recognized with an award.

Can’t make it to the event? Deliver your donations to The Woodlands Township Townhall located at 2801 Technology Forest Blvd. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. by Monday, November 16. Don’t forget to mention which Village you are with!
